Valley was so accommodating; I can't thank them enough. I live in Boston but needed a dumpster for one day in Pittsfield. The size I requested was not available, so rather than be without a dumpster, they called to see if I'd be willing to rent one size larger. They gave me clear instructions on what I needed to do in order to obtain the dumpster (i.e. where to get the permit, how much the permit would cost, etc), and they were able to pick it up quickly-- after I learned that people in the neighborhood were using the dumpster to dispose of their own trash. I would highly recommend using this company to others!
