Quick summary: very comfortable, clean rooms. Many amenities we expect from Best Western hotels. Friendly, professional staff. Very good value. My review is based on what I expect at well-priced, value-plus hotels. We are fans of the Best Western chain, and this is another example of why. We stayed in room #203, which has two comfy queen beds and lots of pillows. Good-sized work desk, and lots of plugs on the desk and night table to charge your devices. Good lighting. Coffee/tea maker. Iron/board, Microwave and fridge. Tub/shower combo (thank you - I love a tub at the end of a long day!) Toiletries are shampoo, conditioner, and lotion, and of course soaps. Hair dryer. No in-room safe, but those seem to be disappearing. Maybe there is one at the check-in desk. Excellent housekeeping. HVAC and complimentary wifi work well. We didn't have a lot of time for the complimentary breakfast (we had to have something checked onthe car before heading out,) but were able to grab some fresh fruit, yogurts, and a bagel. There were other hot and cold items on the buffet. Nice public rooms and breakfast room. Laundry room available to hotel guests. The staff is great. The young man on duty in the evening (and its seems in the morning!) was very friendly, professional, and had a wonderful recommendation for dinner. Also helped with directions. Good COVID safety practices. To sum: this was a very good, comfortable stay. I'd be happy to stay here again.
